Meet Beth

My Journey.....

I have a vivid memory of my pediatrician telling me at only 8 years old that I needed to lose weight. Confusion washed over me. I thought my body and health was perfectly fine.

Little did I know, that single comment would drive me down a rocky road, leading to an unhealthy relationship with food and my own body. It took me decades to find my way back to a place of self-acceptance and love.

Now, as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Mom of 4, I am on a mission to help other families create positive and healthy relationships with food and nutrition.

"I am so thankful we found you. We are exactly what our daughter needed to help keep her on track with her eating disorder recovery. Thank you!"
