Kids love smoothies! Adults do, too. I had a ton of berries that needed to be used so turned them into a smoothie.
This Berry Delicious Smoothie recipe is great for the whole family 💙 Enjoy!
1 1/2 cups oat milk + 100% blueberry juice (1:1 mix)
1 banana, peeled, halved
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries and blueberries
1/4 cup organic Cacao (Navitas Organics)
1 1/2 cups ice
Serving size: 1 smoothie Serves 2
Directions (from Vitamix.com):
Before you begin: Wash the berries, and also wash your hands
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Start the machine, increase to its highest speed.
4. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper
to press the ingredients into the blades as needed.
5. Serve immediately.
