Almond Butter & Banana Wraps

Enjoy these delicious and easy to prepare almond butter & banana wraps. You can prepare the wraps in bulk at the beginning of the week and store portions in the refrigerator or freezer for a quick grab throughout the week. These make a satiating and easy-to-grab snack or mini-meal. Kids will enjoy making and eating this fun and simple recipe, too!


This recipe can be made gluten-free by using your favorite gluten-free wraps. You may also substitute with your preferred nut butter/alternative.

Almond Butter & Banana Wrap · Recipes of Beth Conlon · Nutrium


Ingredients:

1.5 tbsp of nuts, almond butter, plain

1 medium banana, ripened and peeled

1 whole wheat wrap (look for one with some fiber on the nutrition facts label)


Instructions:

  1. Lay tortilla on a clean, flat surface

  2. Gently spread the almond butter on the tortilla

  3. Add sliced banana evenly on top of the almond butter

  4. Optional: add your favorite add-ins, like a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of raisins

  5. Wrap and enjoy!

Serving Size: 2 (one-half of wrap)
